COVID-19 STATEMENT

Harristown, Ill., March 17, 2020–

To all of our Jenner Nation customers:

We know that you, like us, are monitoring the global situation regarding COVID-19/Coronavirus. In these quickly changing times, and understanding this disease’s tendency to spread not just by direct contact but by community spread, we want to assure you that we are also changing the way we do business at all three locations.

Our associates are regularly receiving information about the importance of personal hygiene and frequent, thorough hand washing. We have communicated that it is more vital than ever for them to stay home if they or their friends and family are sick. And, our showrooms, parts counters and shops have instructions to sanitize daily, or more frequently, in high touch, high traffic areas.

As a small business ourselves, we understand the importance of uptime and maximizing your productivity. Understanding the critical role agriculture plays in our society, we will remain open to serve our valued customers, but we will make adjustments with the hope of helping to flatten the curve, and as always, we make associate and customer safety a priority.

If you need parts, we will be offering curbside pickup at all locations during store hours. With a simple phone call or e-mail, our parts specialists will take the parts right to your truck at the curb. In addition, effective immediately, we will limit:

-Visitors at our locations – Application, Agriculture and Precision. This means stopping all non-essential visits. Delivery drivers and other outside contractors are asked to listen to their bodies, and not visit our facilities if they have symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath or cough, or if they have had potential exposure to others who exhibit those symptoms.

-Length of visits at our locations – We ask all logistics personnel to limit the time spent at our facilities. Stay in the trucks as much as possible, and do everything possible to expedite the time outside the vehicle.

-Meetings – At Jenner Ag, we have always and will always prioritize relationships above all else. We have built our business on people, and our unerring ability to connect and serve. While that continues to be of utmost importance, that also means for the time being, limiting face-to-face contact.

Know that as this situation continues to develop, we remain focused on serving you to the absolute best of our abilities. Agility has been a key facet of Jenner Ag’s business strategy for nearly 60 years. Even when we can’t be present personally, we will remain in close contact through phone, FaceTime and other electronic methods according to your preference. We, like you, are committed to doing everything we can to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
