Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Great attitude, willingness to learn and grow with the company and superior work ethic is a requirement!
• Must be mentally and physically able to work long hours and, able to work standing, stooping, bending, lifting (80+lbs), crawling, climbing, and pulling.
• Must be punctual, detail oriented, problem solver, the ability to think outside of the box
• Follow written and verbal direction
• Basic computer operation
• Organized personal work area and assist with shop organization and inventory tracking
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel if needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assemblies
• Hydraulic systems
• DC electrical systems
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Welding and fabrication
• Handheld power tools
• Ag equipment operation
• PPE and safety
• Operation of Ag equipment
• Control systems

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) plus commissions
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
• Location: In-person, Fairbury, IL
• License: Driver’s License (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
