Harristown, Ill., May 19, 2020 – Jenner Ag is pleased to announce that its Application Division has achieved Pinnacle status with Case IH again. This is the highest recognition a dealer can receive from Case IH. With this, the Application Service department marks its seventh consecutive Pinnacle recognition. In addition, for the first time, the company’s ag equipment location has achieved Pinnacle Gold Level, which recognizes dealerships that achieve four of the six Pinnacle assessment categories. The Case IH Pinnacle Program represents the highest level of excellence in the Case IH dealer network, assessing six key areas: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service and AFS™ (Advanced Farming Systems). Jenner Ag is one of only 46 dealers in North America who share this accomplishment, out of the 672 participating dealers. This year saw the highest number ever of dealers under consideration for Pinnacle status. “Pinnacle status shows that Jenner Ag is dedicated to continually keeping our service techs and associates highly trained and focused on delivering the best possible customer experience,” says Jeff Reeter, Service Director. “It shows we’re here for the long haul.” To achieve Pinnacle status, dealerships must deliver a best-in-class experience in today’s constantly changing agriculture landscape. The Pinnacle achievement calls attention to dealers that are meeting and exceeding benchmarks while driving highly competitive, customer-centric dealer-level improvements. “This recognition is a direct result of the investment Jenner Ag puts into its associates,” says Reeter. “We separate ourselves by providing a higher level of training for our team so that we can successfully address any complexity of challenges and maximize uptime for our customers.”

In these quickly changing times, and understanding this disease’s tendency to spread not just by direct contact but by community spread, we want to assure you that we are also changing the way we do business at all three locations. Our associates are regularly receiving information about the importance of personal hygiene and frequent, thorough hand washing. We have communicated that it is more vital than ever for them to stay home if they or their friends and family are sick. And, our showrooms, parts counters and shops have instructions to sanitize daily, or more frequently, in high touch, high traffic areas. As a small business ourselves, we understand the importance of uptime and maximizing your productivity. Understanding the critical role agriculture plays in our society, we will remain open to serve our valued customers, but we will make adjustments with the hope of helping to flatten the curve, and as always, we make associate and customer safety a priority. If you need parts, we will be offering curbside pickup at all locations during store hours.
