Harristown, Ill., March 4, 2021 – Jenner Ag has announced a significant expansion and reorganization of its Global Service Group, designed to better serve the increasing demands of customers and the technology that drives their businesses.
“New technology is coming faster than ever before – technology like AFS Connect, AIM Command FLEX, AutoCart and more, and we’ll be ready with the next generation of U-Maxx,” says Jeff Reeter, Service Director. “Our newly formed U-Maxx+ Team will be led by seasoned associates with high levels of training across multiple platforms and equipment types.”
What is U-Maxx+? This experienced team will be responsible for managing the highly trained U-Maxx group throughout Illinois and Indiana. They'll also help the company transition to new technologies, which are coming at an ever-growing rate.
Three of Jenner Ag’s most experienced field technicians will form the U-Maxx+ team: Matt Zimmerman has accepted the position of U-Maxx+ for Illinois, and Joel Harmon has accepted the position of U-Maxx+ for Indiana. In addition, Dave Schmidt has accepted the position of U-Maxx T.
What is U-Maxx T? This position will help facilitate and manage phone support, internal and external training and in-field support. Both Application and Ag segment customers have access to these newly expanded teams and resources. Jenner Precision customers continue to be supported by a full team of dedicated precision ag technicians out of the company’s Fairbury, Illinois, location.
